From her first "Rookie of the Year" award to the RE/MAX Chairman's award, Debra has achieved virtually every sales award in the industry.
Serving the cities of Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Isle of Wight, Debra Griggs & Partners consistently generate over $2M per month in real estate transactions. More importantly, over 80% of their business comes from repeat and referral clients - a wonderful affirmation of the care and professionalism they offer to each and every buyer and seller.
While building an impressive real estate business, Debra has also committed an enormous part of her life to the community at large. Her volunteer resume includes leadership in Animal Rescue of Tidewater, The Animal Welfare Coalition of Hampton Roads, Virginia Voters for Animal Welfare, the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, the Ryan White HIV CARE Consortium, Tidewater AIDS Crisis Taskforce, Women's Multicultural Coalition, and the Converse College Alumni Club in Norfolk.
Debra attended Converse College, Radford University, Memphis State University and the Vienna International Music Center. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Opera and Fine Arts and is a graduate of Leadership Hampton Roads and The CIVIC Leadership Institute.
